Hayter
December 15, 1925 – December 19, 2017
Alluwee Hayter, 92, the daughter of Dewey and Martha (Glenn) Wymore, was born on December 15, 1925 and passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017.
Alluwee (Wymore) and Bernard Hayter were united in marriage on February 11, 1942. To this union 3 children were born. Together Alluwee and Bernard were privileged to share over 71 years, before Bernard's passing in 2014.
Alluwee was born in Dade County, near Dadeville, MO and grew up in the area. She was a loan officer with Boatman's Bank, retiring in 1990, after 30 years. Alluwee loved gardening, bird watching, and sewing. Alluwee loved to make quilts and made a quilt for every grandchild. She loved her family and especially enjoyed her grandchildren. Alluwee will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that new and loved her.
She is survived by her loving family, 3 children, Daryle and wife Sue Hayter, Diann and husband Albert Scroggins all of Billings, MO and Danny and wife Kay Hayter of Walnut Grove; five grandchildren,
Adale and husband Steve Metscher, Kellie Hayter, Wes and wife Susie Scroggins, Jeff and wife Josie Scroggins and Zachary and wife Rachel Hayter; eleven great grandchildren; five great great grandchildren; brother, Eldon Wymore and wife Joan of Dadeville and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins other family and many friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and sister, Wilma Rowan.
Alluwee will lie in state, Thursday, December 21, 2017 from 5:00PM-7:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Walnut Grove, MO. Visitation will be Friday, December 22, 2017 from 10:00AM until service time at the funeral home. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00AM with Rev. Scotty Killingsworth officiating, with interment following in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Aldrich, MO.
The family would like to extend a thank you to Phoenix Hospice and a special thank you to Heather and Lori, for the tremendous care of their mother.
