Barbara Lee Neal, 83 of Willard, passed away, Sunday, July 7, 2024. She was born on August 20, 1940, in Brookfield, MO, to Jerome and Mary (Mallett) Heath.
Barbara is survived by her daughter, Tammy Neal; brother, William McCown; special friend, James Salander; other family and friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Leslie Gene Neal.
Graveside services will be 11:00AM, Friday, July 12, 2024 at Wesley Cemetery, Willard, MO.
