Barbara Ann Sheppard, 73 of Springfield, Mo. passed away on Friday evening, January 8, 2016 in Wilson's Creek Health Care Center.

Barbara, the daughter of Lether and Lavelle (Delcour) Snow, was born
April 12, 1942 in Strafford, Mo. She grew up in Sprigfield and attended Central High School and was a lifelong area resident. She
was Housekeeping Supervisor with Howard Johnson's Motor Lodge for several years. Barbara was a member of Faith Tabernacle Apostolic Pentecostal Church in Springfield.

She is survived by four sons: Randy and wife Terra Sheppard of Ash Grove, Mo., Ronnie and wife Robin Sheppard of Springfield, Mo., Richard and wife Michelle Compton of Willard, Mo. and Rocky Compton,
of Battlefield, Mo.; daughter, Teresa Oldham, of Springfield, Mo.;
six grandchildren and several great grandchildren; brother, Junior Snow of Strafford; two sisters: Geraldine Evans of Independence, Mo.
and Janice Penn of Springfield,Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and son, Michael Compton.

Services will be held on Wednesday, January 13, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. in
Wilson Brim Daniel Chapel, Ash Grove, Mo. with Pastor Jones Foote officiating with interment following in Eastlawn Cemetery, Springfield, Mo.

Family Will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. prior to services.
