Betty Jo Coble, 91, of Walnut Grove, passed away on Thursday, November 1, 2018.

Betty Jo was born on June 5, 1927 to Ather and Myrtle (Harrison) Presley, in Brighton, MO. On May 22, 1948, Betty Jo and Rubert Coble were united in marriage; together they shared over 69 years, before Rubert's passing in May 2018.

Betty Jo grew up in the Brighton area and graduated from Marion C. Early in 1947. She was a long-time resident of the Ash Grove and Walnut Grove communities. After raising her children, Betty Jo began cleaning houses and did that for over 30 years before retiring. Betty Jo loved going to yardsales, flowers, and collection trinket and knick-knacks. Above all, Betty Jo loved spending time with her family. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Betty Jo is survived by her two sons, Dennis Coble, Joe Coble both of Billings; daughter, Kay Geren and husband Fred of Ash Grove; grandson, Adam Coble and wife Mandy of Clever; great grandchildren; Kayli Coble, Kenna Coble; other family and many friends.

Betty Jo was preceded in death by her husband; parents; grandson, Jared Coble; and a host of brothers and sisters.

Visitation will be Monday, November 5, 2018 from 9:30AM-service time at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Walnut Grove, MO. Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM at the funeral home with burial to follow in Greene Lawn Cemetery, Walnut Grove, MO.
