Bobbie Ray Holman, 77, of Walnut Grove passed away on Friday morning October 30, 2015, at his residence, after an extended illness.
Bob, the son of Noel "Pete" and Opal Hensley Holman was born, October 19, 1938 at Walnut Grove, Mo. He grew up in the area and graduated from Dadeville High School. He retired as a grounds keeper and custodian at MSU in 2009.
Bob and Judy Stevens were united in marriage, December 9, 1985. Together they were privileged to share over 29 years. Preceding him in death were his parents and brother, Danny Holman.
He is survived by his wife Judy; children: Debbie, Crystal, Stacy, Arlene, Amy, Scott, John, Shane, Matthew and Dylen; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister Georgia Hicks of Walnut Grove and brother, Larry Holman of Ash Grove.
Per his request, he was intered in Eudora Cemetery under the care and direction of Wilson Brim Daniel Funeral Home, Walnut Grove.
