Bobby Joe Ingram, 79, of Ash Grove, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018.

Bobby, the son of Joe and Florence (Jones) Ingram, was born in Harrison, AR, on July 9, 1939. Bobby's family moved to the Ash Grove area in 1941. Bobby and Aletha (Brown) were united in marriage on August 28, 1965, they shared 51 years together, before Aletha's passing in 2016.

Bobby was a reliable, fair, and honest man. He worked many years running heavy equipment for various local companies, while running a home-based lawn mower and small engine repair business. He loved anything with a motor; motorcycles, go carts, scooter riding with the guys, lawnmower racing, and he even loved reading about mechanics and airplanes. Bobby enjoyed being with his friends and they often congregated at his repair shed. He also enjoyed going on road trips and working on the farm. Above all, Bobby loved his family. He especially loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Bobby is survived by his son, Larry Ingram and wife Elizabeth of Kentucky; daughter, Beth Stacey and husband Cory of Ash Grove; grandchildren, McKenzie Garner, Emily Ingram, Connor Stacey, Presley Stacey. Several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Aletha; son, Bradley Ingram; sister, Brenda Moore; and brother, Johnny Ingram.

Visitation will be Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO. Graveside Services will be Friday, December 21, 2018 at 11:00AM at Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Bobby's name to the American Diabetes Association and may be left at the funeral home.
