Bobby W. Yocom, 78 of Walnut Grove, passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2024. He was born on March 20, 1946, in Walnut Grove, Missouri, to Frank and Golden (Long) Yocom.

Bobby was a master woodworker, even building his home from the ground up. He had a wonderful imagination and liked to keep busy, that meant that he was always creating and building wonderful things. Bobby enjoyed racing, fishing, and hunting. He loved wildlife and fed many birds, turkey, and deer every year. Bobby will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Bobby is survived by his children, Lisa Fletcher and husband Michael, Loretta Yocom; grandchildren, Michaela Fletcher and fiancé Johnathan Gordon, Nathan Heinrichs; siblings, Kenneth Yocom, Freda Hicks and husband Bob, Keith "Pooch" Yocom and wife Andrea; sisters-in-law, Delores Weaver, Teresa Tartenaar and husband Earl; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Bobby is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Golden Yocom; wife, Carol Sue (Maggard) Yocom; and brother, Carlos Yocom.

The family will host a visitation from 4:00PM until service time on Friday, September 6, 2024, at Rose Hill Baptist Church. A memorial service will begin at 6:00PM at the church with inurnment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
