Brenda J. Driskill, 55, Ash Grove, passed away on April 16, 2020.

Brenda, the daughter of Earl and Wilma (Hackworth) Dillard, was born in Springfield, MO, on January 14, 1965. On July 19, 1982, Brenda and Denzil Driskill were united in marriage and they shared over 37 years together.

Brenda was an avid KC Royals and Chiefs fan. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for everyone. Brenda also enjoyed going fishing with Denzil, however, she wouldn't fish, she found that the perfect time to read. She enjoyed just getting out and about. Brenda will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Denzil Driskill of the home; children, Samantha Driskill and Nathan Driskill; grandson, Curtis Wilson; mother, Wilma Dillard; siblings, Earlene Townsend and husband Richard, Melissa Vasso all of Ash Grove; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.

Brenda was preceded in death by her father; brothers, Jamie Dillard and Tommy Dillard.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions:
Brenda will lie in state at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, Wednesday, April 22, 2020 from noon-5:00PM. Friends may come by to pay their respects. Graveside services will be at 11:00AM, Thursday, April 23, 2020 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Willard, MO. All are welcome to attend graveside but must follow the COVID-19 guidelines.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Brenda's name to C.H. Chub O'Reilly Cancer Center and may be left at the funeral home, or mailed to the funeral home, PO Box 217, Ash Grove, MO 65604.
