He was born on May 06, 19429 in Lebanon, Missouri to Dallas and Beulah (Tribble) Vernon.
Buel is survived by his wife, Lorraine Vernon; children, Lisa White, Michael Vernon, James Vernon, Lisa Gonzalez; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
There will be a private family service.
