Carol S. Schmidt, 64 of Ash Grove, formerly of West Plains, passed away May 3, 2022. Carol was born in Baxter Springs, KS on July 29, 1957, to Robert and Betty (Rice) Simmons.

Carol enjoyed reading, but mostly loved spending time with her family and friends. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Morgan; brother, Michael Simmons.

Carol is survived by children, Tanya Bunch, Edward Schmidt; grandchildren, Ashley Bunch, Shane Bunch, Kelsey Schmidt; 4 great grandchildren and one on the way; sisters, Kathy Simmons, Debra Wray; other family and many friends.

Visitation will from 1:00PM-2:00PM, Saturday, May 7, 2022, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove.
