Danny William Freeze(Papa Willie) of Walnut Grove, MO entered heaven May 9th 2026 @6:41p.m at the age of 66 surrounded by his loving family. Danny was an exquisite hunter, fisherman and enjoyed anything outdoors, especially, when he could make it his own.

He played basketball & ran track throughout his High School years & then graduated in 1978. After retirement, Danny continued living each day to the fullest, even taking his lifelong dream hunt to Kodiak Island, Alaska where he took a near record brown bear. If he wasn’t out in the woods in a tree stand hunting, he was on the lake fishing. He loved growing the most delicious tomatoes each year & perfecting his deer plots.
