Danny Karl Mead, 76, of Ash Grove, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025.

Danny was born in Ash Grove, MO on November 26, 1948, to Obed and Maxine (Whitehead) Mead.

Danny was a raised in Ash Grove and was a lifelong resident. He graduated from Ash Grove High School and went on to work and retire from Greene County Highway Department. Danny was well known for his love of cats. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Danny is survived by his brother, Max Mead and wife Darlene; sister-in-law, Mary Jane Mead; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, and friends.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Obed and Maxine Mead; brothers, Chester and Donald Mead; and sister, Fern Burgess.

Graveside services will be 11:00AM, Friday, March 7, 2025, at Sinking Creek Cemetery, Everton, MO.
