David Clinton Darst, 60, of Ash Grove, passed away on Monday, October 24, 2022.

David, the son of William Clinton Darst and Karen Kaye Brisco, was born in Springfield, MO, on June 14, 1962. David and Abbie Cox were united in marriage on May 1, 1982. They shared over 40 years together.

David was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed farming and tending his cattle. David also enjoyed fishing, hunting, and gardening. David loved riding ATVs and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him. David was a man of God, a warrior and the strongest man we knew.

David is survived by his wife, Abbie Darst; children, Shawn Darst and wife Theresa, Courtney Harralson and husband Derek, Jamie Hunnicutt and husband Justin; grandchildren, Kensie Darst, Madison Darst, Salina Wheeler, Dyllon Conness, Hunter Harralson, Malachi David Harralson, Kolton Hunnicutt, Logan Hunnicutt; great grandchildren, Casey Todd, Willow Conness; mother, Kaye Brisco; siblings, Daniel Darst and wife Gail, Nichole Miller and husband Brent, Alicia Darst, Douglas Darst; other family and friends.

David was preceded in death by his father, William Clinton Darst.

Visitation will be Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Funeral services will be at 1:00PM Friday, October 28, 2022, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Greene Lawn Cemetery, Walnut Grove, MO.
