Donald D. Long, 87, of Rogersville, passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.  He was born September 27, 1937, in Galloway, MO to Virgil and Helen May (Elfrits) Long.

Donald was a dairy farmer, and he loved being and working on his farm. He also loved Cardinal baseball, both Springfield and St. Louis. Donald will be missed by those that knew and loved him.

Donald is survived by sons, Ronald Long and wife Cindy, Phillip Long and wife Heather; 8 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Norman Long, Leroy Long, Bill Long and wife Carol, Jerry Long, Lola Dickens, Carolyn Hufft and husband Bob; niece, Nancy Manning and husband Bo; other nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Virgl and Helen Long, siblings, Leon Long, Christine Harris, Jim Long, Betty Lock, Mary Lou Cross, Paul Long, and Darrell Long.

Visitation will be 10:00AM until service time, Monday, September 29, 2025, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Ash Grove Cemetery.
