Donald R. Shelton 91, of Willard, MO, passed away Thursday, May 1, 2025. He was born October 12, 1933, in Ozark County, MO, to Floyd and Samantha (McDaniel) Shelton. On May 6, 1956, Donald and Lois Faye Potter were united in marriage and shared 44 years together, before her passing in 2000.

Donald was a lifelong area resident. He greatly enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, and hunting. Donald will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Donald is survived by son, David Shelton; daughters, Lora Wilson and husband Gary, Pat Long and husband Steve, Gaylene Wormington and husband Lee, Donna Reavis and husband Mark, Brenda Shelton; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; other family and friends.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Samantha Shelton; wife, Lois Shelton; 4 brothers; and 5 sisters.

Graveside services will be 1:00PM, Monday, May 5, 2025, at Clear Creek Cemetery, Springfield, MO.
