Elvin "Rocky" Eugene Driskill, 85 of Lees Summit, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2024. He was born on February 2, 1939, in Wheatland, Missouri, to Elvin Alexander and Velma (Myers) Driskill.

Rocky enjoyed drinking coffee, being outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He also enjoyed country music and singing with John, at the nursing home. Rocky had a brilliant mind and could remember everything. He also was a bit of a ladies' man. Rocky loved being with his family, especially his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Rocky is survived by sons, Billy Driskill and wife Sherry, Denzil Driskill and wife Donna; daughters, Denise Hamilton-Driskill, Jeanna Moody and husband Craig, Amanda Driskill and Brian Dawson; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; siblings, Leta Hutchinson, Dale Driskill and wife Melody, Carl Driskill and wife Lovie; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Rocky is preceded in death by his parents, Elvin and Velma Driskill; sister, Ella Mae Bowles; and brother, Jim Daugherty.

Graveside services will be 1:00PM, Monday, October 7, 2024, at Robinson Cemetery, near Collins, MO.
