George L. "G.L." Small Jr. 73, of Ash Grove, passed away Friday, June 6, 2025. He was born November 11, 1951, in Ash Grove, MO, to George L. and Helen (Hudgings) Small.

G.L. was a lifelong area resident. He was a simple man, but he loved his life on the farm and fondly called his cows, "his girls." He will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved him.

G.L. is survived by his son, James Small and wife Sunny; grandson, Wyatt Small; beloved partner, Patricia Williams; grandchildren, Keaton, Brilynn, Claire, Izzy, Gryffin, Greyson; other family and many friends.

Visitation will be 6:00PM-8:00PM, Monday, June 9, 2025, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Funeral services will be 2:00PM, Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the funeral home, with burial to follow at Ash Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Ash Grove First Christian Church or Ash Grove FFA and may be left at the funeral home.
