Harley Batson's Obituary
Harley Batson, Pharr, Tx, passed away on Thursday, August 17, 2017 at the age of 79. The son of Clarence and Eulah Batson of Bois D'arc he served honorably in the US Navy during the Korean War. Harley was a proud 50 year Mason and 25 year Teamster. He drove for Gordon, Transcon, Campbell 66 and then retiring from CF. As an avid RVer and winter Texan he loved being on the road and doing it his way. Harley is survived by Arletta, his wife of 23 years, his children Tony (Holly), John (Lisa), Diane (Derek) and their mother Carol Murphy. He also cherished his loving stepchildren, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many friends. Harley was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Services will be conducted at a later time. Arrangements under the direction of Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove.
