Hazel "Fern" Snelson, 78 of Mineral Springs, Arkansas, formerly of
the Willard, Mo. area, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Wadley Medical Center, Hope, Ark following a short illness.

Fern, the daughter of Teddy (Ted) Roosevelt and Lora D. (White) McKinnon, was born August 24, 1936. She was a longtime businesswoman in Willard, Mo. owning and operating, with her late husband Muril, the Dairy Sweet for over 25 years. She was a member of the Mid-way Baptist Church.

Fern McKinnon and Muril E. Snelson were united in marriage, March 12, 1955. Together they were privileged to share over 46 years. Muril preceded her in death, October 1, 2001. Also preceding her were her parents, infant brother and 2 sisters: Glendora Lee of Delight, Arkansas and Irene Legate of Murfreesboro.

She is survived by her sister, Ruby Sillavan of Mineral Springs, Arkansas and several nieces and nephews and numerous great nieces
and nephews.

Services will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in Wilson
Brim Daniel Chapel, Ash Grove, Mo. with Rev. Scott Killingsworth officiating with interment following in John's Chapel, south of
Ash Grove, Mo.

Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Tuesday evening in the
funeral home.
