Howard R. Edmonds Jr., 90 of Willard, passed away Sunday, October 8, 2023. Howard was born on March 6, 1933, in Springfield, MO to Howard R. and Mildred L. (Reese) Edmonds. On November 21, 1987, Howard and Vickie Ziegler were united in marriage and shared over 35 years together.

Howard was a life-long learner. He enjoyed reading, dinking with electronics, and he enjoyed photography. He loved his home and the acres full of animals. Howard will be greatly missed by those that knew and loved him.

Howard is survived by his wife, Vickie Edmonds of the home; daughters, Stephanie Edmonds and spouse Kyle Koehler, Kelly Smith and husband Ed of KS; sons, Tod Edmonds and wife Jan of KS, Matt Edmonds and wife Virginia of FL; grandchildren, Brian, Carrie, Whitney, Adam, Caitlin; a host of great grandchildren; siblings, Judy and Larry; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Howard was preceded in death by his parents, Howard R. and Mildred Edmonds Sr. and brother, Don Edmonds.

The family will host a memorial service 10:30AM, Saturday, October 14, 2023, at ReNew Methodist Church, Willard, MO.
