Janice Rae Marshall, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2023 at the age of 77 after a twelve year battle with cancer.

Janice was born on August 8, 1946, in Carthage, Missouri to Duane Clayton and Hazel Pauline (Parker) Rook. On March 5, 1965, she was united in marriage to William (Bill) Marshall. Bill and Janice shared over 58 years together.

Janice is survived by her husband, Bill Marshall; children, Jeff Marshall, Tony Marshall and wife Denise, Lisa Pease and husband Edward; grandchildren, Tanner, Brianna, Megan, Hannah, Eddie, Alexandra, Logan; sister, Betty; other family and many friends.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Patricia.

Janice was the property manager of Greenfield Retirement Homes and several other properties, as well as an insurance and real estate agent. She enjoyed cooking, flower gardening, and feeding wild animals, but her main focus was her family. She made Christmas, Thanksgiving, and the countless other times she was together with family special. Janice will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Graveside services will be 2:00PM, Sunday, November 12, 2023, at Greenfield Cemetery, Greenfield, MO.
