Jewell M. Haney 99, of Ash Grove, passed away, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026. She was born on March 17, 1927, in St. Paul, Kansas to Frank and Rosina (Seifert) Moore.

Jewell was a talented artist who loved working with her hands. She had Lee traveled and worked many gem/mineral shows as a gold and silversmith. She enjoyed making cards for birthdays and holidays, often adding her own watercolor touches. She also liked to paint and spent time playing the keyboard and piano, bringing joy to those around her.

Jewell was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leland Haney; son, Brad Haney; siblings, Herb, Bill, and Rena.

Jewell is survived by her daughter, Shawna Latimer; grandchildren, Danna Latimer, Darlena Hamilton and husband Kenny; great grandchildren, Vincent, Kenzlee, Brody, Taylor; brother, Jack Moore; nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
