Jiles Allen Gillmore, 65, of Springfield, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018.

Jiles the son of Robert E. and Goldie M. (Farmer) Gillmore, was born in Springfield, MO, on July 25, 1952.

Jiles enjoyed watching wrestling, NASCAR and dirt track racing. He also enjoyed mowing and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Jiles loved visiting with his friends and family. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.
Jiles is survived by his children, Clara Walker and husband Johnny, Jiles Sanderson and wife Marie; step-son, Paul Sanderson and wife Nicki, all of Springfield; 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; siblings, John Gillmore and wife Jean, Clara Gillmore, Lloyd Gillmore and wife Glenda, Gary Gillmore and wife Tammy, Bobby Joe Gillmore; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.

Jiles was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, James Gillmore.

Visitation will be Monday, July 2, 2018 from 9:30AM-10:30AM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO. Graveside services will be Monday, July 2, 2018 at 11:00AM, at Antioch Cemetery, Springfield, MO.
