Jon T. Morris, 74 of Ash Grove, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024. Jon was born on September 3, 1949, in Springfield, MO to James and Nellie (Thurmond) Morris.

Jon was a life long area resident. He enjoyed going to church and singing in the choir. Jon also enjoyed playing pool. He loved being outdoors and mowing the cemetery. Jon was well liked and would help anyone he could. He loved spending time with his family and friends. Jon will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Jon is survived by children, Stacy Morris and Rita Sartin, Lacey Moore, Casey Morris; grandchildren, Kaylyn Smith (Kevin), Waylyn Moore, James Morris; great grandchild, Astrid Smith; brother, Donnie Morris (Pam); sister, Karla Schmitt (Dave); nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.

Jon was preceded in death by his parents.

No formal services are planned at this time. Jon's final resting place will be Ash Grove Cemetery.
