Kathleen Adams, 90 of Walnut Grove passed away Sunday evening, July 12, 2015 in her home following an extended illness.

Kathleen, the daughter of Ralph and Dalby (Wheeler) Coffman was born in Polk County March 2, 1925. She grew up in the area and was a lifelong area resident. Kathleen was a homemaker and worked very hard to maintain a beautiful and comfortable home for her family. She was a longtime member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, Aldrich, Mo. Formerly she was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Dadeville, Mo.

Kathleen Coffman and Earl Adams were united in marriage June 14, 1941. Together they were privileged to share 74 years. She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her loving family: husband Earl of the home; son,
Arnie and wife Susan Adams of Walnut Grove, and two daughters: Sheila and husband Steve Thorpe of Dadeville, Mo. and Tela Lee of Walnut Grove, Mo; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister, Helen Ashlock of Bolivar, Mo; nephew, Greg Pierce and niece Jill Randles and two great nieces.

Services will be in the Wilson Brim Daniel Chapel Walnut Grove, Wednesday July 15, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. with Bro. Gaylon Lightfoot officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Aldrich, Mo.

The family will receive friends in the Walnut Grove Chapel.Tuesday evening 6:30 p.m. - 7:30p.m.
