Kenneth Carl (Skip) Martin, 80, of Ash Grove, passed away on Friday, December 28, 2018.

Ken, the son of Robert M. and Ruby L. (Ziglear) Martin, was born in Fostoria, OH, on June 28, 1938. Ken and Marilyn (Hoffman) were united in marriage on February 27, 1965, they shared over 53 years together.

Ken was an avid Cardinal baseball fan. He loved his family more than anything and enjoyed spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Ken is survived by his wife, Marilyn of the home; children, Rhonda Bowman and husband Jeff of Ash Grove, Debra Davey and husband Byron of MI, Chris Kelley and wife Gaynell of FL, Beth Weber and husband Greg of OH, Rick Martin and wife Heidi of IN, Gail Harrah and husband Ron of MI; 14 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brother, Marion Martin of NJ.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Connie Charbonnier; and brother, Frank Martin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 2, 2019 from 6:00PM-8:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO. Funeral Services will be Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 10:00AM at Ash Grove First Baptist Church, Ash Grove, MO, with burial to follow at Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Ken's name to the Faith Hospice and may be left at the funeral home.
