Larry E. Dye 75, of Springfield, passed away June 9, 2024. Larry was born in Springfield, MO on July 10, 1948, to Gaylord "Pete" and Wanda (Goodin) Dye. On March 20, 1970, Larry and Janet Stockstill were united in marriage and shared over 50 years together, before Janet's passing in 2021.

Larry enjoyed the outdoors and hunting. He loved being with his family and when he was not able to be at events, Larry wanted to make sure and always watch the videos of his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents, Pete and Wanda Dye and wife, Janet Dye.

Larry is survived by his children, Brian Dye and wife Kara, Shawn Dye; grandchildren, Gavin and Jovie Dye; brother, Kenneth Dye and wife Janie, Gary Dye and wife Joretta Wilcox; sister, Cora Parrish and husband Brad; other family and friends.

Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM, Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Sac River Event Center, Springfield, MO. Funeral services will be 10:00AM, Thursday, June 13, 2024, at the event center, with burial to follow at Clear Creek Cemetery.
