Loren W. Johnson, 66 of Ash Grove, passed away on Friday, August 21, 2020. He was the son of Fred and Lola (Buttram) Johnson and was born on March 8, 1954 in Springfield, Missouri. On May 31, 1980, Loren and Vivian (Koenig) were united in marriage and shared over 40 years together.

Loren was a lifelong area resident. He enjoyed being in the outdoors whether it was floating the river, fishing, or hunting. Loren also enjoyed racing. Loren was was a kind man and was always doing for others. He would literally give someone the shirt of his back, if there was someone in need. Loren loved his family, especially his grandchildren.

Loren is survived by his wife, Vivian Johnson; children, Tony Johnson, Kelly Carr and wife Brandi, Wyndy Eubanks and husband Ronnie, Jamie Anderson; grandchildren, Stacey, Whitney, Ashton, Keira, Myranda, Colby, Devon, Logan, Brayden, Hailey; great granddaughter, Elsie; siblings, Wilson Johnson and wife Janet, Elaine Johnson, Wanda Coley, Karen Johnson, Sharon Enlow and husband Carl; nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.

Loren is preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be from 5:00PM-7:00PM, Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO. Graveside services will be 10:00AM, Wednesday, August 26, 2020 at Johns Chapel Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.
