Marjorie Pauline (Combs) Perryman, 94, Ash Grove, MO, passed away Wednesday December 29, 2021, in the Ash Grove Nursing Home.

Marjorie, daughter of Worley B & Celeste Elizabeth (Elliot) Combs was born August 23, 1927, near Republic, MO. She grew up near Bois D' Arc and lived the rest of her life in Ash Grove.

Marjorie was united in marriage to Rev. John (Buck) Perryman on September 29, 1946 and shared 59 years before Buck's passing in 2005.

To this union, their 3 sons were born, (The 3 R's), Ricky, Randy, & Ronnie. Mom worked side by side with Dad in the churches he pastored, and the businesses he owned, the last being Barnes Town & Country Furniture & Appliance she was involved with for the 44 years it was in business.

Marjorie loved her family very much. Her love showed through in her cooking. Holidays & birthdays were always celebrated with a table full of food and desserts. Most especially her fried chicken dinners, yeast rolls, and a counter full of desserts. She always had a delicious meal waiting for her sons & daughters in law when they brought their newborn babies home.

Marjorie's laughter and love will be missed by her family & friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Buck; sons, Richard (Rick) & John Randal (Randy); grandson Grant Perryman; and sister, Doris Demore.

She is survived by son, Ronnie Paul & wife Jackie; daughters in law, Becky Perryman & Heather Perryman; grandchildren, Eric (Sarah) Perryman, Christy (Brent) Rains, Adam Perryman, Alan (Ashley) Perryman, Lauren (Trey) Cunningham; brother in law, Hershel Demore; 11 great grandchildren, and one on the way; 3 great- great grandchildren; niece & nephews.

Visitation will be from 10:00AM until service time, Monday, January 3, 2022 at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove. Funeral services will begin at 11:00AM, at the funeral home with burial to follow at Ash Grove Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Ash Grove Nursing Home Auxiliary or MO Baptist Children's Home Mt. Vernon, MO Campus and may be left at the funeral home.
