Mary Elizabeth "Beth" Harlin, the daughter of Joseph and Sylvia (Shannon) Popham was born in San Antonio, Texas. She passed away,
Monday evening in Cox Medical Center South, Springfield, Mo. at the age of 83 years, 5 months and 5 days.

Beth as she was known, was born and grew up in Texas. She and her family moved to Missouri and to the Ash Grove area in 1967. She was a clerk with the Pennington and Newton Supermarket in Ash Grove for
forty years, before her retirement. She was a member of the Center
Baptist Church, east of Ash Grove, Mo.

Mary Elizabeth Popham and Bobby G. Harlin were united in marriage on
December 22, 1953. To this union five children were born. Together, Beth and Bobby were privileged to share over 62 years. She
was preceded in death by her parents and brother Bennie J. Popham.

She is survived by her loving family, husband, Bobby; three sons: Dale Harlin of Houston, Texas, Darrell and significant other Bobbie
Nichols of Everton, Mo. and John and wife Victoria Harlin, Rogersville, Mo. two daughters: Denise and husband Paul Matthews of Tupelo, Mississippi and Lanette and husband Bill Sparks of Ash Grove, Mo.; 13 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Services will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. in
Wilson Brim Daniel Chapel, Ash Grove with interment following in
Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, Missouri.

The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. in the Ash Grove Chapel.
