Mildred Renshaw, 100, of Ash Grove, passed away on Friday, October 6, 2017.

Mildred was born on March 11, 1917 to Ralph and Gertie (Sissel) Painter in Stone County, MO.   On November 8, 1935, Mildred and Charley Renshaw were united in marriage, they shared 67 wonderful years together, before Charley's passing in 2003.

Mildred was a devoted homemaker and mother.  She loved raising flowers, taking care of her large garden, and sewing.  Mildred was also active in her church, Center Baptist, and loved being a part of Vacation Bible School.  Mildred loved her family and enjoyed spending all the time she could with them.  She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Mildred is survived her daughter, Joyce Johnson and husband Walter of Springfield; son, Ralph Renshaw and wife Patricia of St. Joseph; grandchildren, Charles and Angela; cousins, other family and friends.

Mildred was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Lula Mae Renshaw; two sisters, Erma Thompson, and Lois Cook.

Graveside services will be Tuesday, October 10, 2017 at 1:00PM at Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.
