Randall "Randy" Eugene Kalb 53, of Walnut Grove passed away Monday, March 9, 2015 at Mercy Hospital In Springfield, Mo. following an illness of lung cancer.

Randy, the son of Richard and Marilyn (Mrasak) Kalb, was born November 29, 1961, in Springfield, Illinois. He was young at heart, a mischievous adventurer, avid traveler. Outdoor enthusiast. Music lover, reserved steadiness. Admirable resilience. Strong spirit. Diligent soul. Tender companion. Selfless, unconditional love.

Randall and Robin were united in marriage on September 4, 1987. Together, they were privileged to share over 27 years. He was preceded in death by his loving father Richard O. Kalb and brother, Richard D. Kalb.

He is survived by his loving wife, Robin J. Mincheff-Kalb; daughters, Jessica L. Kalb, Holly N. Louderman-Emery and son Aaron N. O'Hara; his loving mother, Marilyn C. Kalb and sister, Linda S. Kalb-Flesch. He was a proud papa to three grandchildren: Austen, Alexis and Chloe, as well as many relatives, friends and his beloved dog and golden boy"Quincy".

Cremation and local arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Brim Daniel Funeral Home, of Walnut Grove, Mo.

Memorial services were conducted in Springfield, Illinois on Saturday, March 14, 2015.
