Rickie (Rick) Ramsey, 64 of Willard, passed away, Monday, February 10, 2020. He was born December 1, 1955, the son of Bob and Mary Lou (Bray) Ramsey. On September 3, 1999, Rick and Linda O'Loughlin were united in marriage and spent over 20 years together.

Rick enjoyed being outdoors, especially if he was fishing or riding motorcycles, Harley's were his obvious favorite. He also enjoyed going to flea markets. Rick loved people, giving them a hard time, playing jokes, and just socializing with everyone. Above all, Rick loved his family and spending time with them, especially his grandchildren. Rick will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Rick is survived by his wife, Linda Ramsey; children, Shawn Ramsey of Round Rock,TX; Kristie Spencer of Winfield, KS; Justin Gocke and wife Julie of Neosho; grandchildren, Tory Setzkorn, Skyla Setzkorn, Aryn Setzkorn, Harley Ramsey, April Gocke, Dalton Gocke; great grandchildren, Ameliyah Sivils, Matthew Setzkorn; brothers, Bill Ramsey and wife Sondra, Buster Ninemire, Rickey Ninemire; step-father, Leo Ninemire; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Dick Ramsey; and son-in-law, Greg Spencer.

Private family service will be held in Kansas at a later date.
