Robert Nicholson's Obituary
Robert Joe Nicholson, 79 of Ash Grove passed away Friday, April1, 2022. He was born December 19, 1942, in Springfield, MO to Robert Lyman and Francis (Burgess) Nicholson. On October 1, 1961, Robert and Shirley Manuel were united in marriage and shared over 59 years together, before Shirley passed away in 2021.
Robert was a loving and caring father, grandfather, and husband. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.
Robert is survived by his son, Robert Nicholson II and wife Terri; grandchildren, Breanna Hughes and husband Phillip, Robert Nicholson III, Donovan Nicholson; great grandchildren, Jayden, Garrison; brothers, Larry Nicholson, Paul Nicholson; nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents and wife, Shirley.
Graveside services will be 4:00PM, Monday, April 4, 2022, at Johns Chapel Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.
