Robert Eli Saab Jr., 51, of Ash Grove, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017.

Robert, the son of Robert Eli and Nancy (Harrison) Saab, was born in Berwick, PA, on August, 6, 1965.  Robert married Amanda Tanner on January 12, 2012.

Robert faithfully served his country in the United States Army for 22 years and retired as a First Sergeant.  During his service time he was deployed to Korea, Panama, and Haiti. His final deployment was a 15-month tour in Iraq where he served as the First Sergeant of the 501 ^st Military Police Company. Also during his time in the Army he served as a Drill Sergeant. Robert was also a Mason and belonged to the Masonic Lodge in Willard.  He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Eli Saab; and his grandfather, Jesse Elmer Harrison.

Robert is survived by his wife, Amanda, of Ash Grove; sons, Robert Eli Saab III of Springfield, Jesse Caleb-Hunter Saab of Springfield, Gavin Ray Saab of Ash Grove; brother, Matthew Aaron Saab and wife Betsy of FL; mother, Nancy Kyle and step-father, Kent of MN; uncle Mark and aunt Sharon Harrison of PA; other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family, many friends, and his soldiers.
