Ruth Nadine Williams, 92 of Springfield, passed away Monday, January 1, 2024. Nadine was born October 14, 1931, to Marvin and Nellie Helton Leigh near Plano. She was welcomed by 4 siblings, Hildred (Garoutte), Bill Leigh, Reva (Ryker), and Alma (Gallion).

Nadine was a cashier for many years for Ralph Brown and Piggly Wiggly grocery stores and then for the student cafeteria at MSU.

Nadine is preceded in death by her husband Lloyd, her parents and siblings. Survivors include a niece and 6 nephews, as well as many extended family members and friends.

No services are planned per Nadine's wishes.
