Theresa R. Gass, 66, of Ash Grove, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023. She was born in Springfield, MO on January 20, 1956, to Ernie and Jane (Willhite) Schofield.

Theresa enjoyed being outside working in her garden and flowers. She also enjoyed a good shopping trip. Above all, Theresa loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Theresa is survived by her sons, Chad Long and Sheri Murray, Travis Long and wife Jodi; grandchildren, Alexis Long and Brock Long; sister, Karen Stewart; nephews, Michael Stewart, Derek Stockton, Justis Stockton; great niece, Karshta; cousins, Ashley and husband Renno Curtsinger and Christy McCracken; other family and many friends.

Theresa was preceded in death by her parents, Ernie and Jane Schofield and siblings, Mark Schofield and Brenda Trupe.

Memorial Visitation will be 5:00PM-7:00PM, Friday, January 13, 2023, at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and can be left at the funeral home.
