Walter R. Goddard Jr. 72, of Republic Mo. passed away Sunday morning,
December 6, 2015 at 7:30 a.m. in Republic Rehabilitation.

Walter, the son on Walter R.,Sr. and Mildred (McQuillin) Goddard was
born January 3, 1943 in Jerico Springs, Mo. He grew up in the Walnut Grove area and graduated from Walnut Grove High School in 1961. He was a buyer for Doctor's Hospital for 24 years and was a warehouse employee for the Assembly of God, Publishing House, retiring after 12 years of service. He was a member of the Billings Assembly of God Church. He was a grandson of a Civil War Veteran.

Walter and Carol Mayfield were united in marriage on July 3, 1974. To this union 2 children were born. Together they were privileged to
share over 41 yeas. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Walter is survived by his loving family, wife, Carol of the home,
two sons: Kevin Travis Goddard of Springfield, Mo. and Gregory Paul and wife Tarynn of Battlefield, Mo. 10 grandchildren; one sister,
Minnie Maye and husband David Hardt of Springfield, Mo.

Services will be Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. in the Wilson Brim Daniel Chapel, Walnut Grove with Rev. Rick Morrison officiating with interment following in Greene Lawn Cemetery, Walnut
Grove, Mo.

Family will recive friends from 1:30 p.m. until service time on Wednesday.
