William "Bill" Edwards, 93, of Ash Grove, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2018.

Bill, the son of William E. and Bessie Ada (Miller) Edwards, was born in Brookline, MO, on July 4, 1925. Bill and Beverland (Jean Sells) were united in marriage and to this union 3 children were born.

Bill loved athletics. He loved basketball, football, and baseball. Bill also loved being outdoors. He enjoyed fishing and quail hunting. Above all, Bill adored his family and friends and loved spending time with them. He will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him.

Bill is survived by his daughter, Honoria Edwards and spouse Mike Brown of Greenfield; sons, Tyler Edwards and wife Kelly of Ash Grove, Danna Edwards and wife Vicki of CA; grandchildren, Lauren, Katie, Erin and husband Rick, Tory Kyle; great grandchildren, Madison, Kacie, Wyatt; sister Carol Larimore and husband Clarence; brother, Hobert Edwards; nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his wife, 1 brother, and 1 sister.

Visitation will be Sunday, December 30, 2018 from 2:30PM-4:00PM at Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Bill's name to the Ash Grove Athletic Department and may be left at the funeral home.
