Wilma Ruth McGilvry, 78, of Ash Grove passed away, on Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Wilma the daughter of Oshel Clark and Stella Maxine (Clarkson) Redfearn, was born in Bois D'Arc, MO, on February, 16, 1939.  Wilma married John "Mike" McGilvry on March 10, 1957 and to this union one daughter and one son was born.

Wilma worked in sales at PFI for several years.  She loved her house in town and loved knitting with "The Knit-Wits" at church.  Wilma was a loving wife of 60 years, a caring mother, a much loved grandma and the greatest grandma great.  She was loved by her church family and all who knew her.  She will be fondly remembered and great missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Wilma was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant brother, James Edwin Redfearn.

Wilma is survived by her husband, John "Mike" McGilvry; children, Pam Dean and husband Danny, Michael McGilvry and partner Nancee Daniels, all of Ash Grove;  grandchildren, Bryan Dean and wife Stephanie of Ash Grove, Jessica Sledge and husband Eli of Lee's Summit, Devin Dean, Landon McGilvry, and fiancée Melissa Eck, all of Springfield; great-grandchildren, Avery Dean and Hadley Dean; brother, Floyd Redfearn and wife Gussie of Bois D'Arc, sister, Wanda Ramsey of Springfield; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and many friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 29, 2017 from 6:00PM-8:00PM in the Wilson-Griffin Funeral Home, Ash Grove, MO.  Funeral services will be Thursday, March 30, 2017 at 10:00AM, at Bois D'Arc United Methodist Church, Bois D'Arc, MO.  Burial will follow in Ash Grove Cemetery, Ash Grove, MO.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Bois D'Arc United Methodist Church and may be left at the funeral home.
